For prepaid orders returned due to failed delivery, refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

Damaged Package

If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with at delivery:

  • Take photos of the package

  • Contact us within 24 hours

Without an opening video, claims may not be accepted.
